The Sony RX100 is a fantastic little cameras with a 1″ sensor. It give fantastic results and thanks to its size you always have with you. However, it is so small that the handling of it is not very stable or confortable if you have big hands

The build construction is excellent and the finish of the wooden part is just superb
- Thanks to the extra size I have a better balance when using the camera whether for filming or to frame a picture
- It is compatible with the original cuff strap or with the Peak Design system
- Screen can be opened without any issue
- I can still change battery easily or mount it on a tripod plate
- and … it adds a classy touch to your RX100
A l’usage
La qualité de construction est excellente et le fini de la poignée en bois est superbe
- Grâce au supplément de taille , le RX100 tient mieux en main et est mieux équilibré quand on filme ou on cadre
- Il est compatible avec la sangle d’origine ou avec le système Peakdesign
- L’écran peut être ouvert sans aucun souci
- On peut toujours changer la batterie et le monter sur un trépied
- L’ensemble est visuellement du plus bel effet et rajoute une petit touche “classe”
3 Conclusion
The SmallRig 2248 L shape wooden bracket is now on a permanent basis on my RX100 V and it feels awkward to use my RX100 without it !
High quality , adding a lot of value and at a reasonable price
